Creative Assembly is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join the finance team based at our headquarters in Horsham, in the heart of West Sussex.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work in close collaboration with multiple departments across the studio to deliver comprehensive analysis and insights that will help in data driven decision making.

You’ll need to be familiar with the video games industry to help CA understand its position within the industry and spot opportunities that would help us grow. You will be our go to person for all revenue forecasting, mainly for upcoming games, which in turn will be used in building our P&Ls and to advise the business on the profitability of each game.

We recognise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach and empower our teams to define the working patterns which work best for them, which may mean different things for different teams and roles and at different times.

This role can be offered as hybrid, in-studio and fully remote within country of employment. Further details can be discussed during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your primary responsibility is to create revenue forecasts and improve the forecasting process. You will be responsible for day-to-day collaboration between CA and its parent company (SEGA) and making sure that all stakeholders are on board with forecast submissions. You will make presentations to stakeholders on key product updates and commercial opportunities.

Working closely with the other members of the Business Intelligence department, you will not only learn the current forecasting process, but you will also help develop new processes including, for example, subscription modelling.
