The specific responsibilities include:
o Concept and design innovative product features aimed at improving customer acquisition, retention and monetization
o Leverage data analysis skills to query relevant databases and paint a picture for stakeholders of what the data means from a consumer behaviour and monetization perspective
o Analyse metrics and user feedback in real time to derive insights on user trends and behaviour
o Coordinate with production and marketing to implement and launch new game monetization features
o Measure the success of your product features after release and optimize their performance through rapid, data driven iteration.
o Align the overall product roadmap for a game with the current business needs.
o Look for ways to innovate upon the existing product by coming out with better versions.
o Innovate and move on to the next products once the life cycle of the existing ones is over.
Requirements
- 2+ years product management experience in a quantitative role
- o Experience as a BI/Data Scientist a must. SQL proficiency a must
- o 1+ years’ experience managing free-to-play online and / or mobile game products with a focus on monetization
- o Deep understanding of free-to-play game systems, economies, currencies and balance
- o Strong analytical capabilities in Excel, with attention to detail
- o Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- o Ability to craft clear, concise product requirements and specifications documentation
- o Understanding of UI/UX design concepts and principles
- o A passion for games and gaming self-direction, drive and leadership
