Business Intelligence Analyst / Tableau Expert (M/F/X)

Our team gathers the data from multiple sources (internal and external), crunch it, creating meaningful insights consumed by other teams.

We are on the hunt for an experienced BI analyst to help us convert data to Gold! In the BI department, you will be doing the following: working on company's DWH framework, creating Data Models, performing deep analysis, creating Business Intelligence Dashboards.

You will get the opportunity to work closely with other teams like data engineering, data science, product, User acquisition and Game studios. If you have the drive to design and implement analysis to drive business requirements, this is the job for you; Full responsibility and ownership of your project guaranteed!

What will you do:

• Design and implement analyses from diverse datasets with business metrics and audience in focus
• Design and implement reports in Tableau which allow stakeholders to understand complex correlations between KPIs and on which base strategic decisions and processes are made
• You introduce Tableau as a self-service platform in the company and share best practices among stakeholders
• You define company-wide key performance indicators and support the processes that lead to the collection of these key performance indicators
• You support the BI team in the further development of the data warehouse and the creation of data marts
• Write complex data flows using SQL
• Set flows in production using Prefect and dbt
• Communicate findings to different stakeholders (executive, marketing, product)
• Ensure data integrity and consistency
• Improve our processes continuously.

What we are looking for:

• Academic degree or equivalent experience in an analytical subject (economics, business analysis, statistics, mathematics, marketing or its equivalent)
• At least 3 years professional experience in a similar analytical context
• High proficiency in Tableau
• High proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Experience with code collaborative tools (GitHub etc.)
• Very good communication skills combined with a self-reflective mindset
• Analytical thinking with the ability to break problems down easily
• Deep understanding of marketing and statistical methods.
Nice to haves:
• Experience in Python
• Experience in Ad Tech, Gaming or Marketing
• Experience with A/B testing
• Experience with dbt (data build tool)
