Rockstar Games is seeking a business insights analytics professional to help analyze data of our customer experience and support offerings. As a member of our Social Club product management team, you will need a critical and creative eye capable of putting forth innovative solutions to complex problems. Working with a wide variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will be tasked with cultivating and executing on a vision for the Rockstar Games online platform, which services millions of players worldwide.
WHAT WE DO
- The Rockstar Games Customer Experience team focuses on enhancing the relationship between our games and our players with the goals of delivering a Rockstar-level support experience, assisting our development with launching the best product possible, and operating as the voice of the customer.
- We provide value to the Rockstar Games brand by improving the overall customer support experience, lowering the effort required for our players to get help, and providing practical insight on player reported problems to product development staff to assist in development planning.
- We manage global support operations across multiple languages, channels, and locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capture and interpret and highlight trends, key indicators, patterns from a range of sources.
- Communicating findings and making recommendations using data visualization to the business to enable better real-time decision making.
- Act as a Subject matter expert for the analysts in the extended partner vendor teams and ensure insights are delivered.
- Support the Insights Supervisor in delivery of internal and external customer requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams to enhance analytics capability.
- Provide requirement-based reporting and analysis to support key Customer Experience initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in a customer support environment, with 1+ years of experience as a Business Insights or process quality analyst.
- Proficient with MS- Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business, computer science, or related field.
- Flexibility with working in 24/7 environment.

- Pro-active self-starter personality who will take ownership of delivering results.
- Strong research skills with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly in changing situations and work in an iterative environment.

- Experience in the video game industry.
- Avid gamer with a passion for Rockstar Games titles.
- Working knowledge of Zendesk CRM tool.
