Summary
UMC – the Ubisoft Mobile China Publishing team, is currently seeking a BD Trainee to help with Secretarial work and Time management of internal and external communication process.
Responsibilities
- Understand the publishing process. Support publishing Director to track the Contract progress to ensure each contract could be finished on time. Detect any delay risk as early as possible.
- Actively collaborate and communicate with Ubisoft SHA internal departments, including Legal, Data, Business and Brand etc.
- Help to pushing OKR processwith handle agenda,preparation,and meeting recap.
- Other pertinent tasks.
Qualifications
- 5 full days per week for 4~6 months internship duration
- Major in English or other related
- Master Microsoft Office suite especially PowerPoint
- Very well organized
- Have a passion for gaming
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
