Business Development Representative (m/f/x)

At realworld one, we‘re creating the world’s first virtual and augmented Reality software platform tailor-made for industry and science.

As a spin-off of IKA, a leading manufacturer of laboratory and processing equipment with roughly 1000 employees, we develop visionary technology, but stay focused on the true-to-life scenarios of our customers.

We are looking for a motivated and committed Business Development Representative (m/f/x). You will be part of an international team of over 110 people with locations in Freiburg, Germany; San Diego, USA; Guangzhou, China; and Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

• For the acquisition and support of new customers, you will reach out to prospects via various channels (phone calls, Linkedin, mail) with the goal to introduce our platform and arrange appointments
• You will document conversations and activities in our CRM system
• You will support the expansion and maintenance of the customer base
• You will support the business development team in planning appointments at the customer's site

Qualifications:

• Positive charisma on the phone and negotiating skills
• Open-minded and friendly personality
• Very good spoken and written German and English language skills
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Ideally you already have some experience in telephone sales
