Streamline Media Group is actively recruiting for a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate would be responsible for driving revenue in entertainment and enterprise videogames by leveraging their own network from the past as well as building new relationships in all sectors. The BDM should demonstrate an analytical mindset researching industry trends, an ability to communicate said information through presentations and reports, and implement strategy based on findings that further the organizational and departmental goals. Lastly, individuals should have an outgoing personality that can navigate the nuances of working in a global setting with various countries and cultures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Present Streamline to potential clients through direct communication via e-mail, video call, telephone, and online trade events.
  • Generate new deals and accomplish KPIs by actively managing the sales process; research and find new leads, pitch services, coordinate technical review, contract negotiations, and organize the project hand over.
  • Manage existing relationships and assist with sales activities centered around key accounts
  • Research, evaluate, and report market / industry trends to improve sales pipeline and grow new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports and pitches in collaboration with other brand divisions
  • Initiate, contribute and assist with B2B / B2C marketing initiatives
  • Adapt to an ever-changing landscape while shouldering new and existing responsibilities
  • Identifying and cultivating new relationships with potential clients in the enterprise space including fashion, brand agencies, automotive design, architectural design, simulation and visualization projects in non-game industries
  • Experience working with CRM databases
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Passion for video games, technology, and interactive media
  • Team player with an enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong desire to expand existing services into enterprise
  • Experience with public speaking and negotiation
  • SaaS or PaaS experience
  • AWS APN Certification
  • Bilingual / Multilingual (FIGS, Mandarin, Japanese)
  • Background in Marketing, Sales, PR, Localization, QA/QC, Game Development
  • Experience working with B2B / B2C / B2B2C Relationships
  • Experience working with brand agencies, fashion, a nimation, automotive, architecture film and television.
