As part of our “ TPU” Program for Graduates , you’ll be joining our Business Development Team as a BD & Administration Assistant to work closely with the Business Development and Growth teams, contributing and supporting in different areas of business growth, development, sales and expansion.
Your future at Tilting Point
- Work on the common goal to bring more games into the Tilting Point family.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Managers as a point of contact with developers for pre-deal closing.
- Assist BD team and External developers with onboarding their games into our evaluation pipeline and identify/implement improvements where necessary.
- Support developers with the right information, accesses and assets needed to enter into our process.
- Ensure the highest level of customer care with excellence correspondence/communications
- Work with Legal, Business Development and UA teams facilitate the deal flows; identify and solve problems.
- Help with scheduling conferences, internal calls and external with new potential partners.
- Help the Business Development team to plan and prepare sales pitches and presentations.
- Manage, update, and improve the internal databases.
Skills and requirements
- Finished official Superior Studies (Degree or Masters), completed in Spain within the past 2 years.
- NIE and Valid work permit for full time employment (40h weekly).
- Fluent in English, both written and oral. Other languages a plus.
- Passion for mobile gaming and technology is a strong plus.
- Process-oriented - focused on details, extremely organized, and comfortable juggling many tasks at once.
- Persistent, knows how to follow up with the leads.
- Energetic self-starter with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a love for problem-solving.
- Ability to work well independently but seek direction when appropriate.
- Willing to grow professionally in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
- NICE TO HAVE: Fluency in Russian, both written and oral.
This position is based in Barcelona and requires some in-office work days, following our Hybrid WFH policy.

NOTE:
Candidates must know that this is a full-time position (40 h per week) covered under a Professional Internship Agreement. Having completed official Superior Studies (Degree or Master) in Spain and holding an already-valid full-time work-permit and NIE is required. As part of the hiring process, proof of studies and documents will be requested.
