Business Development & Franchise Specialist (Business Development)

As Business Development & Franchise Specialist, you will deal with a wide range of partnerships primarily in the areas of technology, merchandise and derivative works.
This means working with internal marketing, PR, legal or game development teams, and with external contractors, licensees and representatives of hardware manufacturers.
In most cases, you will take over an existing relationship with a partner or a specific related project. You will be involved in the creation of market analyses and recommendations for existing and potential partnerships with global reach.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating derivative works projects (e.g. board games, comics)
- Co-marketing and product launch initiatives with hardware manufacturers (e.g. Alienware, Dell, AMD, NVIDIA)
- Merch development and evaluation (e.g. Funko, Displate)
- Maintaining business partner relations
- Preparing market analyses and recommendations
What we expect:
2+ years of experience working with partners, i.e.: contract negotiation, relationship building, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers
Experience working with IP (licensing, merchandise)
- Fluent English (at least B2 level)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bonus points for:
