As a Business Development Executive you will be the face of Aristocrat, you will build long lasting relationships with your clients and will create rewarding opportunities for both your clients and yourself. You will achieve sales targets and create mutually beneficial business opportunities for both the customer and Aristocrat.
This role will look after a widespread client group with the central point being Dubbo. There will be a requirement for overnight travel with an average of being away 2 nights a week.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Work with your clients as well as internal partners to achieve sales targets for each of Aristocrat’s product lines
- Maximise sales opportunities and identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate on sales deals
- Maintain regular customer contacts whilst developing mutually beneficial partnerships
- Develop client plans, pipelines and strategies
- Analyse and distribute information with the client and internally, e.g. feasibility study, game analysis, client report
- Manager the full cycle from sales through to installation and after sales
- Be up to dates on market trends, competitive behaviour and developments within the business
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including client performance, sales activities, actual performance to target, variance analysis and sales forecasts
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a similar sales or account management role is a must
- Gaming industry knowledge and experience is highly desired- including product and operational knowledge
- Ability to understand business concepts including marketing, financial analysis and operational
- Effective project planning, time management and organisational skills
- Articulate written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and active listening skills
- Problem solving ability to work and make decisions autonomously
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
