Business Development Executive

Summary

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Executive you will be the face of Aristocrat, you will build long lasting relationships with your clients and will create rewarding opportunities for both your clients and yourself. You will be supported by our experienced team as you learn the ropes of the role.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Work with your clients as well as internal partners to achieve goals for each of Aristocrat’s product lines
• Maximise sales opportunities and identify new business opportunities
• Developing mutually beneficial partnerships through account management
• Develop client plans, pipelines and strategies

• Manage the full cycle from sales through to installation and after sales
• Be up to dates on market trends, competitive behaviour and developments within the business
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including client performance, actual performance to target, variance analysis and sales forecasts

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Experience in a customer facing role in a sales environment
• Ability to build strong long-lasting relationships
• An interest in the gaming industry is highly regarded
• Ability to understand business concepts including marketing, financial analysis and operational
• Effective project planning, time management and organisational skills
• Excellent negotiation and active listening skills
• Problem solving ability to work and make decisions autonomously
