Business Assistant

The MS-1 studio is seeking a proactive Business Assistant to provide support to General Manager and Leadership Team.

In this role, the candidate will take an active part in managing workflows, organizing events, and coordinating meetings, as well as handling English-speaking (*and a little Russian) General Manager. If you are able to connect with a variety of people, quickly find your feet in new situations, and stay calm whatever the circumstances, then we want to hear from you!

MS-1 is a Wargaming development studio that creates exciting games for mobile and portable platforms. The ambitious team is also behind World of Tanks Blitz, a renowned cross-platform shooter boasting over 120 million downloads around the globe. Currently, MS-1 is also creating Unreal Engine-based shooters.

With offices in Minsk, Moscow, Berlin and Vilnius, the studio harbors over 250 professionals of various backgrounds and experience. This cultural diversity helps deliver games that click with different audiences, from global to niche ones.

What will you do?

• Complex calendar management
• Travel logistics and expense reporting
• Procurement and management of supplies, hardware and assets
• Morale event planning and organization
• Manage the flow of documentation
• Create reports
• Translate Russian to English and Lithuanian to English in group meetings for the Studio GM
• Ensure compliance of operational policies and procedures
• Support business guests
• News update in the team Workplace group
• Coordinate other projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

• Excellence in administrative skills and functions
• Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively prioritize
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (high ability English, Russian and Lithuanian skills)
• Experience working in an international company with a large amount of documentation and business correspondence
• Working knowledge of key Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Careful and thoughtful approach to documentation and the completion of set tasks
• Accountability and good time management
• Responsible, diligent, punctual, proactive, sociable, and result-oriented
