Summary:

The Analyst works within the Knowledge Management team with internal clients to identify and transform the business needs into digital solutions & content strategies. They work on projects for new needs as well as on operations to improve current processes.

Responsibilities:

The main and usual functions for this job are:

· Translate client requests and needs into actionable content strategies & tools recommendations that align with their business objectives;

· Prepare and facilitate workshops with clients, stakeholders or/and end users in order to analyze their problems, contexts and needs;

· Interpret user research, analytics, benchmarks, and other data to guide recommendations;

· Analyze the various digital solutions, and recommend the ones to adopt to answer needs; analyze effort, benefits, risks, constraints and opportunities to consider within the reach and scope of the project;

· Implement the tools and workflows and iterate with the stakeholders on it;

· Be an advisor regarding the best way to use the tool, the navigation structure and the best practices to improve the tool;

· Train internal contributors and website owners on tools best practices;

· Monitor market trends and best practices within their expertise field;

· Carry out all other related task.

Qualifications

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field;

· Education related to Knowledge Management or information technologies, an asset;

Experience:

· Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in business analysis or equivalent experience;

· Experience in project management;

· Experience in client service;

· ITIL an asset.

Skills:

· Great communication and listening skills, oral and written

· Analysis and synthesis skills

· JAD facilitation skills

· Master problem resolution

· Flexible and autonomous

· Organize and manage several projects simultaneously

· Be comfortable in a multicultural environment, be open-minded

· Passionate by technologies and open

Knowledge:

· Bilingual (English and Mandarin);

· Interest in knowledge management, collaboration and associated technologies;

· Knowledge of Office 365 ( Teams , Outlook, Share Point);

· Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence);

· Good knowledge of business process design;

· Good knowledge of Requirement Management;

· Good knowledge of the analysis and conception of IT software and systems;

· Understanding of the project lifecycle and resources involved;

· Understanding of different project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), an asset;

· Knowledge of an IT service management product;

· Understanding of interface ergonomics and design;

· Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and it’s relation to applications and business services, an asset.
