AppLovin’s in-house creative team, SparkLabs, is looking for a highly-motivated analytical and creative thinker with a strong background in marketing and/or business to join the team. At SparkLabs, we are passionate about understanding what makes an ad successful. We are looking for the right creative marketing analyst who will thrive in an environment that is hands on and moves-fast. The applicant must be an enthusiastic team-player who is highly organized, always looking for ways to improve our creatives through a data-driven approach, and can strategize thoughtful and innovative top performing mobile advertisements that have potential to reach millions of users.
This position will serve as a critical member of an impactful team that is responsible for creating a variety of creatives for mobile games. The genres vary from match 3 and puzzle to more complex resource management, arcade/action and core games. These creatives will be used to allow end users the ability to preview some of the largest mobile gaming apps in the marketplace.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data on ad creatives using external and internal resources.
- Partner with business teams to understand their KPIs and develop thoughtful informed creative strategies.
- Execute on those strategies by collaborating with designers, developers and agencies to produce top performing ad creatives.
- Run hypothesis tests and analyze data collected from different channels to optimize ad performance and gain valuable insights about our audiences through a data driven approach.
- Stay informed on market trends, third party research, competitor intel and implement best practices.
- Maintain a knowledge-base of ever changing creative intel across numerous games.
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing, finance, economics, mathematics, computer science or equivalent analytical degree
- 2-4 years of professional experience in finance, banking, consulting, or equivalent experience working with data/technology
- Excellent analytical ability, comfort working with numbers
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and exceptional communicator
- Creative thinker with a proactive results-oriented approach to solving problems
- Experience prioritizing competing demands and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing
Preferred Qualifications
- Mobile game lover is a plus!
- Prior experience in a startup environment or an entrepreneurial spirit
- Prior experience in user acquisition / performance marketing
- Working proficiency in another foreign language is a plus
