Business Analyst (Platform)

Wargaming is on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join the Platform team.

What is this Platform? It’s our set of services, applications and tools that provide indispensable functions for all Wargaming titles. The Platform team keeps improving these services to meet the industry’s ever-changing requirements and to eventually create a unified process of integration and launching new and existing games, including those of third-party developers.

What will you do?

• Plan and estimate business analysis activities on a project
• Collect, analyze and document business, user and functional requirements
• Communicate with internal drivers
• Elaborate the solutions along with the driver and development team
• Advise developers and engineers on quality issues during the development and testing process
• Present concepts and ready-to-go solutions to the driver
• Manage changes in requirements and keep documents up to date

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years’ experience in this role in the IT industry
• Experience managing projects as a business analyst both at the beginning of a project and when it’s in full swing
• Knowledge of requirement gathering, analyzing and documenting techniques (SRS, Vision & Scope, Use Cases, User Stories)
• Experience interviewing drivers, examining systems, create GAP analysis documents and perform an impact analysis
• Intermediate or higher level of English
• Ability to prioritize properly and flourish in a fast-paced environment

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Modelling skills, knowledge of key notations (UML, BPMN)
• Understanding of project scope management and change request processing principles
• Proactive attitude, responsibility and self-management skills
