Business Analyst - Order Fulfillment (Las Vegas, NV)

This position is located in Las Vegas, NV (hybrid work environment). Interested candidates need to be open to relocation.
The Business Analyst - Order Fulfillment will collaborate with key stakeholders and identify opportunities to deliver new services where appropriate. The position provides stewardship to assure that quality, operating, financial, and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved. The position designs policy, process, key performance indicators, and master data attributes for the Order Fulfillment Process StreamWhat you'll do
Major Responsibilities :
- Assisting in Planning and Leading continuous improvement initiatives throughout the Aristocrat organization.
- Providing support for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Providing key stakeholders with updates regarding progress, results and feedback pertaining to key responsibilities and objectives.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- D365 Order fulfillment improvements and bug fixes
- eCon improvements and bug fixes
- SFDC improvements and bug fixes
- VSTS Triage – Management and Tracking improvements
- Daily resolution of bug fixing and process issues
- Assistance with testing and documentation of results
- Requirements capturing
- Updates of status to bug fixes etc.
- Tracking metrics
Knowledge and Skills :
- Prior experience in leading and coaching teams consisting of hourly and salaried associates.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience to include a combinations of process improvement, lean expertise, process redesign and software development.
- Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
What we're looking for
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience to include process improvement, lean expertise and process redesign.
- Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
Preferred :
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or relevant demonstrated project work utilizing a structured continuous improvement or development methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, DevOps, Agile).
- Technical skills in software development using Agile and DevOps a definite plus.
- Project Management experience and the ability to successfully close out time dependent programs.
