Business Analyst Assistant – Apprenticeship September 2022 (F/M/NB)

Job Description

The Enterprise IT Department of Ubisoft is looking for a Business Analyst Assistant whose mission will be make the link between business teams and technical teams, participating in all phases of the IT solutions implementation process including requirements analysis, functional specification creation, testing, roll-out & support. You will be part of a multinational team, working on innovative global solutions, best suited to Ubisoft business needs, for various departments: Production HQ, QC and Release Management. Your main missions will be:

• Exchange with internal customers to understand their functional needs;
• Transcribe these needs in IT specifications for the development team;
• Take part in the redaction of some functional documentations concerning the new features developed;
• Collaborate to the designing and execution of test scenarios.

Qualifications

• You are following an educational cursus available in apprenticeship;
• Ideally, you justify of a previous experience as Business Analyst;
• You are known for your analytical mindset, your organization and communication skills;
• You are curious and willing to be autonomous in the completion of your missions;
• You are fluent in English.

How does the recruitment process work?

If your application is accepted, first you will be contacted by a recruiter of our Campus team for a phone screen or a deferred video interview to determine if your profile fits the job but also to your desires. Afterward, a physical or a video interview via Teams will be scheduled with your future manager. During the recruitment process, you could also have to complete a case study or meet your next n + 2 and some of your future colleagues.

I don't know the video game industry. Do I fit in to Ubisoft?
