Build and Distribution Technician

We are looking for a passionate and curious individual to join our growing team.
As a Build and Distribution Technician, you will be a core part of a growing Build and Distribution service, your role will be to manage the distribution of gaming devices to testers, download and install a Game build onto gaming devices and manage stock control and asset management.
You will also provide management and technical expertise to the IT Service Desk function and provide first line and second line support to Users and escalate to Managers, where necessary.
You will have:

Requirements
- Drives efficiency and effectiveness to deliver against key objectives, not afraid to suggest more efficient processes.
- Must be computer literate and have experience with Windows based systems
- Has experience with Console Development kits or has been part of a Game testing environment
- First point of contact for device requests
- Ability to plan device distribution in an efficient way
- Ability to manage in-hand stock
- Must be able to Maintain a good effective working relationships with your internal customers and your departmental team
- Able to work to Targets
Required Technical Requirements
- Must be computer literate and have experience with Windows based systems
Additional Beneficial Requirements:
- Has a good understanding of console types and mobile phone models
- Keeps up-to-date with new technology
- Experience within the gaming industry is an advantage, or enjoys being part of the Gaming industry
Additional Beneficial Technical Requirements
- Has experience with Console Development kits or has been part of a Game testing environment
