DevOps Engineer, Game Services

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be a contributor on a small team responsible for automated build, test, and packaging systems as well as source control management across all of Zynga. We’re looking for exceptional engineers with a passion for technology and the ability to work with a diverse team.
Main Responsibilities
Create and maintain automated build & release engineering pipelines/infrastructure, including build farms, SCM systems and code review tools
Establish testing and reporting methods that drive KPIs for system performance
Communicate with internal customers and game teams to understand system requirements
Propose improvements to system architecture and drive adoption of modern technology/standards
Update and maintain documentation/runbooks
Root cause and resolve problems with automated systems and deployments
Desired Skills and Experience
B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent
2+ years of hands-on experience working with and maintaining DevOps pipelines/infrastructure
2+ years experience with multi-platform systems administration (Linux/Mac/Windows)
Experience with programming and scripting, preferably in multiple languages (Javascript, PHP, Python, Bash, Powershell, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Perforce, SVN) in a multi-site environment
Experience with automated deployment (Chef/Puppet/Packer/Terraform)
Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools (Nagios/Datadog/ELK stack/Splunk)
Experience with both cloud services (primarily AWS) and on-premise deployments (primarily VMWare ESXi/vCenter).
