As one of the largest games at King, our studio is running a game touching the lives of millions of players daily. As part of the Platform team in Soda you will help cater to the entire game in an exciting work environment where you will get a lot of self- governance coupled with responsibility.

Your role within our Kingdom
Work as part of Candy Crush Soda Saga, supporting teams in both Barcelona and Stockholm alike. You will be working in a central role within Soda, where you’ll be helping teams with day- to- day tasks, such as development pipelines, multi- platform builds, releases. You’ll also be working on long term improvements of the build environment in collaboration with other build engineers across King.

- Share knowledge with the Studio and King as a whole
Skills to create thrills
You are passionate about programming, build engineering, and have a sense of quality and polish. As a developer you are also analytical and genuinely interested in understanding the tech you work with.
We want you to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and to be a strong team player, able to work in a fast paced, demanding, yet fun and professional environment.
- You are a team player who likes to discuss solutions and ideas
- You are keen to grow and develop yourself
- Experience in scripting languages like Python and Groovy
- Experience using build technologies such as CMake and Gradle
- Comfortable using UNIX environments
- Experience with C++ and Java is a plus, but not mandatory
- Have worked with Jenkins or other CI systems for build and automation
