Broadcast Lead

Wargaming is looking for Broadcast Team Lead to join the Creative Agency Team.
Creative Agency is over 140 creative talents that focus on producing marketing content for Wargaming products. We deliver dozens of projects each month and struggle to be the best in quality and performance for our clients.
Broadcast Team is a team of 6 broadcast and filming specialists, who are responsible for streaming, photo and video shooting, virtual production to deliver best shows for Wargaming products in a day-to-day basis and any location.

What will you do?

• Manage, coordinate and execute the production of global events, including but not limited to: location and venue analysis and selection, budgeting and forecasting, format, creative, broadcast
• Coordinate and develop budgets for events in partnership with the Producer based on the scope of the shows and partner with the Producer on the prioritization of resources to support the event's goals
• Partner to drive the broadcast experience of shows and coordinate with production team to manage areas such as run of show, broadcast features, graphic elements, features and more
• Collaborate with Wargaming Product Teams in the planning of events and ad-hoc projects
• Collaborate with European technical team to do a joint events
• Strategize for future year planning including location, format, goals, event strategy and resources needed
• Manage multiple vendors and contractors and maintain relationships with the industry, including creative agencies, vendors and freelancers.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in production
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
• Experience in managing large events, guiding internal and external teams through the execution of live events, shows, TV or film productions
• Experience with live events broadcast, in any of its various forms.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Technical knowledge in the field of broadcasting (lighting, FX, cameras, equipment)
• Knowing asset creation pipeline
• Virtual Production experience (Unreal Engine/Unity).
