Job Title: Brand Services Partner (Asset Management)
Job Summary: This role will organize, manage, and deliver projects/programs for the organization. The Brand Services Partner will focus on upholding the vision and standards of the Pokémon brand. The ideal candidate will be expected to fully immerse themselves in the Pokémon brand; this ranges from playing the video and trading card games to watching the animated series and learning how each applies to products. This position will be responsible for ensuring products are accurate and true to the rules and vision of the Pokémon brand while maintaining the highest level of quality possible.

What you’ll do
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels.
- Assist with the creation and development of style guides, training materials, reference documents, and tools for Consumer Product Approval Team and partners.
- Enter projects, coordinate with teams, and manage deadlines for projects.
- Adhere to deadlines related to ongoing projects and develop/maintain tracker(s) to keep stakeholders informed of progress toward goals.
- Responsible for safe storage, access, retrieval, organization, and archiving of art assets.
- Manage correspondence between various international offices for projects, as assigned.
- Translate various documents from to English or Japanese, as required, and disseminate information, as needed.
- Regularly review the Japanese brand guidelines and translate updates for review.
- Maintain and update internal brand guidelines site.
- Conduct review of art assets for against internal references to ensure accurate representation of brand.

What you’ll bring
- Two (2) to five (5) years of related professional experience.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
- Japanese speaking and writing ability at native level is required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communicator, with an ability to convey information in a clear and courteous manner appropriate for the audience (individual contributor to executive level).
- Proven ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
- Acute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment and the initiative to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to prioritize, handle multiple projects at one time, and have excellent follow up skills.
- Must be solution-oriented and results driven.
- Eager learner who is not afraid to ask questions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Project Management experience is a plus.

- Base salary range: $82,000.00 - $122,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. For this role, new hires generally start between $82,000.00 - 96,900.00. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
