[Global Biz Dev Div] Brand Partnership and Licensing Manager

담당 업무

* Brand Partnership

Responsible for developing, negotiating and executing integrated marketing and brand partnership strategies
Identify culturally relevant brands in the marketplace to increase overall exposure of IP
Collaborate with internal teams on development of program strategies, solicitation materials, and execution

* Licensing

Direct and manage the development and implementation of short and long-term strategies for key licensing product categories across Hardlines & Softlines including Toys/Collectibles, Gift & Novelties, Apparel, Housewares, Publishing, Game Peripherals, etc.
Collaborate with licensing partners on go-to-market strategies, retail & product development
Actively manage and motivate licensees to execute against licensing program, retail development plans, and franchise goals
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure quality, brand consistency, and product execution
Build and direct the execution, tone, and vision of specific licensing categories to drive revenue grow th

자격 요건

Strong understanding of culturally relevant brands and experience in developing fashion brand collaborations
Ability to collaborate and influence cross functional teams (such as development, creative, marketing, legal, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
Ability to evaluate and identify best-in-class licensees and partners
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Fluent in English and Korean
Seasoned and skilled sales and deal negotiator
Knowledge and skill in developing strategic business plans and budgeting
Ability to run multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
Exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication and presentation skills
