The brand team for Electronic Arts is still new. So you've caught us at the best time - the very beginning - how exciting is that? The opportunity to bring an amazing brand back to life doesn't come around too often…

Daily Responsibilities :

• Oversee our operations from internal team operations, brand engagement model, agency engagements and program management
• Establish the operating model to engage with our franchise and sub brands to inform strategies and branding
• Guide the process to establish holistic brand guidelines and the roll out of all tools and assets to the whole enterprise - that's 10,000 people we've got to keep on brand - phew!
• Manage annual planning and budget setting across the team to ensure goals are met
• Lead us to show up well across marketing's calendar of milestones - from executive alignment moments, long-range planning etc. ,You know the drill…
• Oversee our relationships with important internal partners such as legal, finance, trademarking and other teams connected to brand governance
• Support the VP on the vision and business case for brand programs as we scale our impact
• Manage the planning and allocation of team budget and resources
• Guide and grow our team of program managers

What we're looking for :

• Experience leading brand operations for a central brand team or central branding exercises
• Experience working in a creative company and driving operations for creative marketing & asset creation (gaming, entertainment, advertising or other)
• Experience overseeing and driving efficiencies through program management
• Experience working with executive stakeholders on transformation
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to come together to deliver goals
• Examples of setting up operations from scratch or transforming chaos to clarity
• Great collaborator who loves working across teams
• Business minded - able to set the vision for business opportunities and risks
• Outcome and output oriented and knows how to get others to be too!
