Brand Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist who has a passion for the brand and helps to shape stand-out campaigns. You will be a team player who thrives on collaboration, working across channels spanning; UA, Partnerships, PR, Social, Insights, and Product. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, comfortable dealing with stakeholders, and passionate about marketing and, most importantly, gaming. Working as part of our Brand Marketing team, you will support a variety of exciting projects and campaigns and gain exposure to a number of different marketing channels and challenges.

Responsibilities
- Campaign Support & Asset Management: Overall support for the brand team planning & delivering integrated campaigns. Responsible for content production & asset tracking for all media. Managing timings, maintaining clear and timely communication within the team and partners
- Brand Approvals: Manage brand approvals in line with brand guidelines and be the fountain of knowledge for all internal teams and external partners
- TV Production: Supporting the production process, approving legals & localisations. Working closely with media & creative agencies on play-out and localisation
- Usage Tracking: Managing Music, VO & Visual Artist Usage tracking for all TV ads
- Insights: Support with competitor landscape analysis and translating insights into effective player-centric campaigns
- Analysis & Measurement: Support the team with ongoing brand tracking tools
- Brand Tools: Support the Brand team with developing brand books & style guides for our games
- Stakeholder relationships: Experience working with cross-functional partners internally and externally
- Organisation: You should have fantastic organisational and project-planning skills
- Budgets: Maintain and update the global budget invoice tracker for all brand-related costs
- Team Support: Managing team off-sites/summits & team meetings
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in marketing or account management, either in an agency or brand side. This could include internships, placements, or a first role after further/higher education
- Someone passionate about shaping creative work and creating innovative campaigns that deliver results
- Understanding of digital and social channels, able to contribute insights and ideas around how to create campaigns that will connect with our players
- Someone proactive, detail-oriented, efficient & looking to join a hardworking team
- Someone with strong organisational skills, confident with handling multiple work-streams, and liaising with partners while ensuring timelines & budgets are met
- You should be flexible and agile as we work in a fast-paced and constantly developing business
- A passion for games/entertainment
- The role is London based with the potential to travel
