Brand Marketing Designer

10 Chambers is a fully-funded scale-up game studio backed by Tencent and based in the beautiful city of Stockholm, Sweden. We are an ambitious, creative and collaborative team with a lifelong love for games. We have just recently released GTFO, a co-op FPS game and are about to start working on our next legendary AAA co-op gaming experience.

We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible Brand Marketing Designer, able to take initiative and work independently, and comfortable collaborating with other art teams in the studio. You can deliver projects to a high standard, demonstrating creativity, quality, and consistency. In this role you will play an important part when it comes to translating creative design into consumer communication. You possess great visual communication and commercial brand marketing instincts while ensuring it all works and stands out in various digital channels. Being proud of your work shows in your high quality of delivery and you are prestige-less and brave when creating campaigns based on consumer insight and AdTech possibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design daily assets for all external channels

• Collaborate on and independently generate new advertising campaigns with reporting manager

• Contribute in all stages of creative production: from brainstorming and concepting, to executing and delivering first-class marketing assets

• Execute projects with attention to detail on deadline-driven timelines

• Produce content, promotional videos and other marketing assets

• Quickly create polished eye-catching content

• Follow brand guidelines and manage advertising assets

• Advocate brand messaging based on insights delivered by marketing team

We’re a new marketing team looking for a team player who proactively and collaboratively applies their existing expertise and passion for creative marketing communication.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years’ hands on professional experience with design and creation of marketing assets

• Strong background in traditional/fundamental art principles including excellent color theory, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, composition, lighting

• Ability to create eye-catching, engaging, visual designs for game-related marketing campaigns

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and has the capacity to learn new tools

• Understanding of social, brand advertising and marketing channels

• Characteristics: Creative, Driven, Flexible, Curious,

• Positive attitude with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback

• English speaking (Swedish is not a requirement)

• Gaming background is not a prerequisite, an interest is beneficial

Good to have:

• Motion graphics/Video Editing is a huge plus
• Experience working with AfterEffects, Unity, is a plus but not necessary
