Brand Manager

Job Description

OVERVIEW:

This role will drive strategy, develop the go to market and post launch live campaigns, and work with different stakeholder to lead the cross-functional teams in the execution of those plans. This individual will be responsible for delivering against a range of KPIs to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, brand awareness and competitor activity.
• Build the marketing strategy including consumer insights, situational analysis, and competitive insights.
• Work in conjunction with the multi-function task force team and stakeholder in head office to manage the global campaigns/alignments
• Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
• Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
• Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
• Increasing product sales and market share.
• Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
• Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, creative, eSport, communication, etc.
• Overseeing and adapting the asset creation for advertisements, promotional materials, CRM, etc.
• Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a business school or university
• Degree Level and/or equivalent Professional qualification in project management or marketing
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing for consumer products.
• Demonstrated marketing & strategic analysis skills with an ability to map an understanding of business drivers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
• Will fit into a team environment and be able to work with people both within, and outside of, the company
