Brand Manager (M/NB/W)

Job Description

Within the Global communications team, you will be supporting the development of the Ubisoft employer brand.
Like a conductor working with teams across the globe, you will build the future of the Ubisoft brand by working on the brand strategy and its deployment!

More specifically, the mains tasks will be the following:

Employer Brand Communication roadmap

o Help implementing Ubisoft brand development projects internally to federate teams around it;

o As a Project Manager, you deploy 360 operational projects (campaigns, activations, partnerships…) in collaboration with external agencies as well as internal stakeholders across the world. You will be responsible for the coordination between the different parties involved in the project;

o Work closely with internal or external media teams and deal with Ubisoft owned channels to maximize the impact of each project;

o Follow up the realization of diverse creative assets like key arts, communication tools, videos and trailers with our creative and content teams or external agencies;

o Follow up the budgets and timings of operational projects;

o Analyze the project metrics and results obtained;

o Update the employer brand network regularly, providing the documents, information and assets they need to engage their audiences.

Local network

o Consider the local needs and reply to the daily requests of the employer brand network regarding the communication projects.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have solid experiences, including significant experience in advertising/brand management in an agency or at an advertiser. You also have strong experience in integrated marketing and digital campaigns. Your marketing experience, conducted authentically with diverse audiences, has produced measurable results.

These multiple experiences allow you to be a proactive force in the implementation of operational projects.

- Team player, assertive, you have excellent communication skills and you are very adaptable;

- Organization and coordination of projects have no secrets for you;

- You are known for your rigor and proactivity;

- Curious, diplomatic and creative, you are a driving force in your team and know how to bring new ideas;

- Taking on challenges doesn’t scare you;

- You are fluent in English and French and are comfortable in an international environment;

- A strong interest in the gaming and entertainment industry is a plus.
