Job Description

Within our operational marketing department, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Asia), you will be responsible for the development of a major established Live Service Game: Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six SIEGE.

60M players strong, SIEGE is the spearhead of the live game strategy at Ubisoft.

Like a conductor working with teams across the globe, you will build the future of the game for the long term and elaborate the communication strategy to reach new players and enrich our playing community’s life. You will deploy and manage the implementation of these strategies.

More specifically, your main tasks will be the following :

Collaborate on building global or EMEA campaigns and carry out the operational elements:

- Define the targets and the marketing mix by using market & consumer studies. You will have to strongly collaborate with the marketing teams in NCSA and our studios

- Elaborate the communication strategy, press & influencers plans in link with the Communication team

- Follow up the realization of diverse creative assets like key arts, communication tools, videos and trailers and make sure to enable the maximization of their organic use and paid media

- Lead the media plan at the EMEA level and deal with Ubisoft owned channels to maximize their impact (CRM, Community Management, Social Networks)

- Follow up the budgets and production schedules in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies

Analyze all actions through complete data analysis:

- Monitor engagement and daily game activity to evaluate impact of new content and marketing actions

- Build data driven cases to lead decisions and strategies at Global, EMEA and local levels. Coordinate various teams and contacts – both internal and external – and be a facilitator in the game business operations.

- Follow the industry and regularly share key benchmarks that could help strengthen our strategies

Follow the implementation of the marketing strategy locally in the EMEA markets

- Communicate with the EMEA subsidiaries regularly, providing them the product and services informations and marketing tools they need to engage players at the local level on the long term

- Take into account the local needs by using their local insights and reply to the daily requests of the EMEA subsidiaries

- Follow-up on key local activities to analyze the impact on territory results.

Qualifications

Graduated from a Business School or University, you have at least one experience in marketing brands/products in the video game industry or in the entertainment industry. Having this experience in a GaaS or F2P game/business model or in an entertainment service is a strong plus.

You have a deep knowledge of video games and you are at ease working in an international context. Rigorous, tactful and creative you are a driving force in the team and have good communication skills.

Additional Information

This position is based in Montreuil Sous Bois (Métro Porte de Montreuil - line 9, or St Mandé - line 1) and available as soon as possible.
