gnet AGENCY DESCRIPTION:

The Department: The Brand department at gnet is responsible for client communications and satisfaction, acting as the two-way filter between gnet agency and its clients. The Brand department often works as the jack of all trades, blending together knowledge in account management, strategy, production, and creative. They discern what a client needs even if it’s not communicated clearly, and they work within the agency to meet those needs.

The Role: The Brand Manager is the day-to-day contact for our clients, ensuring assigned projects are well managed (both internally and with the client). The role requires quick, clear, and accurate communication skills. Attention to detail (in everything from emails to budgets) is a must. This role works under the supervision of Brand Supervisors and Brand Directors, and often manages a Brand Coordinator. Gaming work experience, or passion, is a plus. Ad agency or production studio experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

Communicating with clients and team members

Providing creative POV, understanding the strategy behind creative decisions and representing those to clients
