Job Description
The Brand Portfolio Management department is a multidisciplinary team at Ubisoft’s international headquarters and located in 6 sites around the world (Paris, Montreal, San Francisco, Shanghai, Malmö and Montpellier). The team collaborates with all entities within Ubisoft to develop our portfolio strategy and brand management and to support our game projects to optimize their market strategy.
We are looking for a Brand Insights Analyst to join our team in Montreal. Our mandate is to advise Ubisoft stakeholders (Top Management, HQ Teams, Production Teams and Publishing) on the strategy of Ubisoft games & brands and foster decision-making process through consumer and market data and research projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and leverage multiple sources of data to produce ongoing assessments and offer the most comprehensive insights possible with a 360° approach;
- Lead and collaborate on consumer research studies such as writing a research brief, developing questionnaires, preparing stimuli, monitoring the field, verifying and analyzing results, writing summaries and preparing presentations to stakeholders;
- Propose actionable learnings and strategic recommendations to operational teams and top management;
- Collaborate with the department's other areas of expertise such as market analysis and trends, Data Science, inclusive content and new markets;
- Contribute to improve existing and develop new methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- Experience in market research, data analysis, brand management or brand strategy, ideally in the entertainment, media or technology industries;
- Interest and understanding of the gaming industry is an asset;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, also knowledge of SPSS or equivalent is an asset;
- Strong interest in data analysis and the evolution of the profession of market research;
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
