Brand Designer (Contractor)

We’re looking for someone who excels at managing projects that create compelling social, digital and real-world creative - from producing photo shoots, to developing retail displays and packaging, to working on marketing creative and other projects with agency partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative designer who can influence others across teams with direction and clear vision.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with Design Leads to coordinate, build and evolve brand identity, from design systems and creative campaigns down to the little details like production design
• Define and elevate the Osmo look and feel -- and help maintain a consistent style and standards for the brand across the company
• Help guide brand initiatives, focusing on all digital channels
• Partner closely with the cross-functional stakeholders teams to identify impactful business problems and translate them into creative solutions that drive business metrics
• Own and manage projects plans and consistently follow up to ensure designers, content, and all stakeholders are inputting feedback on time and deliverables are on track
• Be a point person for projects entering the brand team workflow to ensure strategy, goals, and vision are in place before projects begin
• Able and willing to pitch in and help execute designs across various touchpoints

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Able to lead campaign work which includes conceptualizing and production design
• A proven track record in creative work, managing the entire life cycle of projects both internally and externally
• An ability to prioritize business needs and internal priorities/constraints
• Demonstrated creative expertise in a broad array of areas including multi-channel campaigns, retail environment, packaging, and web design
• Strong, creative design sense for mainstream consumer products, ideally in the lifestyle category
• An entrepreneurial drive in getting things done from project initiation to delivery
• Great attention to detail, even -- and especially -- on tight timelines
