Summary
The Brand Coordinator will support the team in achieving the strategies and objectives established for every IP product.
Responsabilities
- Product management
- Execute the strategic brand marketing plan and content plans;
- Managing IP product marketing deployment and performance based on the brand marketing plan including Novel, Comics, Podcast and web series;
- Managing special events related to the brand (BTS, asset creation days, etc.) and the relationship with our agencies;
- Managing platform related marketing project and the relationship with our agencies;
- Support the Brand Manager in the management of the life cycle of the products under his/her responsibility (discontinuation/ extension/ launch);
- Defining product priorities and strategies and manage the brand marketing plan, asset production and communications timelines;
- Partner with brand management and community management to gather market insights + understand and address feedback and performance, sharing your learnings;
- Research and monitor market trends to identify exposure opportunities for IP products.
- Coordination
- Work closely with Brand Manager to assist in operational tasks and day-to-day product management;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, external specialists, business, public relations, IP team, platform team etc.) to develop and execute marketing plans, rallying everyone behind them;
- Write internal and external communications to ensure that the right information is conveyed within our division as well as among our business clients;
- Support the Brand Manager in the analysis of their respective category and sales evolution in relation to the established objectives;
- Maintain marketing data update in our different data systems (Salesforce, Metrics sheet, etc.) and monitoring projects and KPIs so that the team can successfully deliver all mandates on time and on budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing or any other relevant program;
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience;
- Experience in communication / public relations;
- Experience in project management;
- Experience in Marketing strategy;
- Bilingual in English and French (both oral and written);
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.);
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign) will be considered an asset;
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast pace environment;
- Autonomy, thoroughness, and curiosity.
