The primary role of the Brand Ambassador of All Pixels brand is to generate interest in both current and future career opportunities to potential candidates through active reach-outs and building relationships. Brand Ambassador of All Pixels brand reports to the Head of Production.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Build relationships and closely manage candidate communities (including the All Pixels brand’s social media pages) and schools to ensure potential candidates remain engaged in current and/or future opportunities with regular representation, cold outreaches, and check-ins.
- Represent the brand at various events such as job fairs, recruitment events, and school visits, with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
- Have a close understanding of hiring needs, various roles within the organization, team culture, and brand values.
- Work closely with hiring managers, the recruitment team, and the marketing department to aid them in developing creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
- Proactively seek intelligence about the industry trends and local hiring activities to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements "
- Prior experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to travel.
