Senior Bookkeeper

We're looking for a talented Senior Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team.

As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing Priority, invoices, and tax payments, overseeing bank reconciliations on a weekly basis, and cash disbursements.

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliations and working with a treasury management tool
• Cash flow for the treasury dept.
• Monitor & review the day-to-day transactions, maintaining the books up to date
• Prepare financial and administrative reports as needed
• Experience in working with a PO system and procurement procedures.
• Month-end accruals reports
• Fixed Assets module maintaining
• Working as part of a team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper
• Type 3 diploma - A Must
• Previous experience in a high-tech company and multi-currency environment - must
• High-level of English (writing, reading, and speaking)
• Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to details
• Strong Excel skills – must
