Billing Support Specialist (English or German language)

Job Overview

Wargaming is hiring a Billing Support Specialist to work on the company’s projects, including the legendary MMO project World of Tanks.

Billing Support department helps our users solve payment issues, including payment failures or erroneous payment entries, inability to make payments, refunds, cancellations, and many other financial cases.

Account security is another area of responsibility for specialists working in Billing Support. In other words, we will also take charge of game account safety, helping users protect their accounts, prevent fraudulent activity, and recover in-game property, if needed.

What will you do?

Support company's MMO games (World of Tanks, World of Warplanes, World of Warships, World of Tanks Blitz, etc.). Communicating with a multilingual audience on issues related to accounts and payments.

What are we looking for?

• Secondary or higher education (students of part-time education, as well as the last courses)
• Knowledge of Russian and English/German language at Intermediate level and above
• Advanced PC user
• Willing to work in alternating shifts: 2/2, two weeks 08:00 – 20:00, two weeks 20:00 – 08:00

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience of working with users
• Knowledge of Wargaming products
• Knowledge of Polish language
• Knowledge of payment systems (Paypal, Paysafecard, Adyen, WebMoney, etc.)
• Gaming experience in projects of different genres
• Experience with Outlook
