Job Description
The role will be responsible for supporting the credit control, billing, chasing debts, and managing the billing process for all locations. You will have indirect reporting line and support the Global Credit Control Manager based in London, UK.
The role interacts with colleagues across European, Asian, and North American territories. Therefore, flexibility is required as the role will may require calls outside of normal working hours.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Role Responsibility
- Support the new customer setup process within TCS by ensuring all relevant new customer information, credit application details are obtained from the client for submission to the Global Business Services (GBS) team for processing.
- Process, manage and submit Board/SAP receivable billing to the clients ensuring billing is aligned with payment schedule, contracts and as per client's expectations.
- Ensure debts are paid in a timely manner, chasing, and collecting cash accordingly to meet agreed payment schedules.
- Own the relationship and be the first point of contact with TCS producers, controllers, accountants, and counterparts from client's side. Ensure the client relationship is managed with care and courtesy.
- Handle disputes and escalate client queries or queries raised by GBS team.
- Work with TCS colleagues to improve and streamline current invoicing process, providing UAT testing when required for new process implementation.
- Ensure GBS team complete cash applications appropriately and to the correct client accounts.
- Attend regular cash collection meetings with controllers, head of studios, GBS team, other management and ensure aged debt is resolved.
- Provide cash reporting and cash flow forecasts (Inflows) working with Commercial Finance, RCC (Revenue & Cost Control) Production Accountants and Legal Entity Controllers in accordance with TCS reporting timetable and when needed.
- Provide reporting, other KPI's and performance as and when requested.
- Main point of contact for submitting and requesting foreign currency hedging for new projects/exposures in accordance with the TCS policy.
- Working with the Legal Entity Controllers ensure the hedge request is uploaded onto the Technicolor Group Treasury portal (Diapason) once approved by RCC and details are then communicated to the key contacts.
- Ensure hedge tracking is updated, maintained, and provide inputs to the hedge effectiveness testing.
- Prepare & present bi-weekly cash forecasting.

- Excellent analytical, written & verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive & self-driven with the capacity to work in a dynamic environment.
- A team player with ability to trouble-shoot & collaborate with business partners such as Production and Business Development.
- High level of professionalism, integrity & commitment.
- Ability to manage their time & prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with a strong sense of urgency to achieve results.
