We are looking for a Benefits & Payroll Administrator to join their team! This role is responsible for compliance with and managing the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs and providing benefits-related support to employees. Additionally, this role will manage payroll preparation and benefit compliance within the Paycom HRIS.
This role will be hourly, Non-Exempt.

What You Will Do:
- Work collaboratively with the HR Generalist to enter all new hires, employee changes and terminations into both the Paycom HRIS and benefit portals, communicating accordingly with benefit representatives.
- Work collaboratively with the HR Generalist to setup new benefits and/or company entities in Paycom. Act as point person between Paycom and the Company to troubleshoot system errors as they arise.
- Complete on-going audits within Paycom to ensure overall system compliance. This includes examples of PTO balance audits following bi-weekly payroll, I-9 compliance audits and monthly benefit reconciliation audits.
- Responsible for reconciling all company benefit invoices and providing to Finance Team on a monthly basis. Communicate any billing discrepancies between the benefit representatives.
- Responsible for ensuring overall benefits compliance, including but not limited to, overseeing ACA and Cobra compliance / reporting, distribution of 5500 and other benefit documents to employees.
- In collaboration with the HR Generalist, coordination of and overseeing the annual Open Enrollment within Paycom.
- Act as an employee advocate between the Company, Paycom and benefit brokers to ensure file feeds, benefit information, and all other items are up to date, resolving issues as needed between parties.
- Perform other related job duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required, BA/BS degree preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in an HR or Finance position.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and collaborative communication skills.
- Experience working with an HRIS, experience with Paycom preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of current benefit compliance and regulation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel.
- Ability to satisfactorily pass a criminal history clearance.
- Ability to satisfactorily prove eligibility to work in the U.S.
