Benefits Analyst

Summary

This person will ensure our employees receive high-quality services and an exceptional employee experience. The Benefits Program Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing these benefit programs and that the Company remains compliant with relevant requirements

What You'll Do

Manage and lead the implementation and administration of health and welfare, policies, and processes.

Review and update Company leave of absence policies and procedures to ensure they are administered in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Manage US third-party leave administrator to ensure timely, accurate and compliant leave administration of federal, state, local and Company sponsored leave programs

Drive process and program improvements with internal stakeholders, including Payroll, Finance, Operations, and P&C Business Partners

Develops metrics to measure leave of absence program success and is responsible for delivering regular dashboard reporting to key stakeholders

Ensures a high level of quality and compliance by conducting regularly scheduled and unscheduled reviews; audits of processes to identify inefficiencies

Develop and improve employee, manager and P&C facing communications and training materials, for all leave types and health and welfare programs

Provide training to managers and P&C stakeholders on a regular cadence or as needed when programs and policies are changed
