BI Team Lead

Playtika BI is responsible for processing more than 8B events each day and turning them into structured data sources to drive our business decisions and insights. We are looking for a BI Team Leader to join us!

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of BI developers
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to solve problems critical to Playtika’s future strategy and growth.
• Take ownership in the company’s data modeling efforts and data systems including Data-Lake, warehousing , ETL, streaming, reporting and analysis tools
• Working in a Big Data environment and implementing best practice approaches and tools to meet company’s business requirements
• Own the execution of data processes according to best practices and business needs
• Communicate & evangelize BI solutions across different departments in the organization
• Design DWH and analytics solutions for Playtika games
• Solve ambiguous challenges by executing sophisticated quantitative and advanced modeling to deliver actionable insights

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor degree – Must (preferably Computer Science / Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems)
• 2+ years of experience as BI TL
• Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in an organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Python and SQL – Must
• 3+ years of experience with large DWH systems and BI solutions relying on the data infrastructure – Must
• Experienced with Big Data environment, tools and data modeling – Advantage
• Skilled in Spark , Java, JavaScript, Hadoop, Vertica, HBase – Advantage
