BA Manager (Platform)

Wargaming is looking for a BA Manager to join the Platform team. The Platform enables game development teams to focus exclusively on games, and provides publishing teams with all the necessary tools to operate. Within the Platform, there are such teams as Accounts, Commerce, Player Support, Core Services, Data Platform & PRM, Communication.

We are looking for a business analytics team leader, whose goal is to study incoming business requests and develop an optimal business and technical solution in cooperation with architects and technical team leaders. By line of work, the BA Manager will communicate with representatives of customers (games), Production and Engineering teams, take part in solving the strategic tasks of the Platform, which affect the entire company.

What will you do?

• Manage a distributed team of 13 business analysts: recruitment, adaptation, training, development, performance evaluation, material and non-material motivation;
• Distribute and employ the resources of the team to achieve the best result both for the Platform and for the entire company;
• Maintain or build interaction to ensure consistency with all stakeholders: engineering development teams, project management, integration teams;
• Maintain the current business analysis processes, improve and/or change them to ensure the efficiency and quality of business analysis and the Platform as a whole;
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the high-level architecture of Platform products/components;
• Be responsible for the expertise and business analysis function in the department.

What are we looking for?

• Practical experience in the role of a business analyst, deep knowledge of techniques and approaches of business analysis;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of knowledge of English;
• Experience in managing a team of business analysts, including a distributed one;
• Experience in implementing and maintaining business analysis processes;
• Skills in creating project and user documentation, as well as presentations and reports for business;
• The ability to build partnerships, experience of interacting with a large number of stakeholders.

What will help you stand out?

• Experience in Gamedev or Commerce domains;
• Experience in software development or quality assurance.
