B2B Marketing Project Manager (contrat en alternance)

Job Description

You will integrate Gameloft for brands’ team, whose mission is to develop and deliver engaging gaming solutions and gamified experiences for brands and institutions.”

Under the direct management of the Marketing Director, you will be in charge of managing global marketing projects, coordinating our marketing actions with local teams and supporting local Ad Sales teams on business opportunities.
You will be responsible for delivering every project on time and within the included budget and scope.

Responsibilities
> Support the development of Gameloft for brands global communication strategy with the marketing & sales directors, to enhance visibility among advertising agencies (media & creative) and brands

• Define & execute the marketing actions plan aligned with the business strategy
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with all parties involved in the projects:
    • Internal Gameloft / Vivendi teams and resources
    • Third-party providers: event organizers, marketing agencies, etc.
    • Clients & Partners
  • Manage project scheduling, tracking and comprehensive documentation
  • Provide a regular and timely Project Update to Gameloft for brands’ management
• Manage global communication platforms: Content update, performance optimization (website, social media, newsletter, blog)
• Develop PR campaigns & seek opportunities for PR events & partnerships with the global communication team

> Support global & local business opportunities

• Ensure ad hoc marketing support to our Local ad sales teams (prospection, client meetings, and PR)
• Regular competitive intelligence monitoring
• Manage project submission to Advertising Awards events

> Produce contents for our global communication platforms & local teams

• Edit and update Ad sales supports tools (media kit, product pages, sales pitches)
• Develop promotional materials and publications (articles, video case studies, infographics, emailing...)

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Have a 1st successful b2b experience
• Knowledge of the digital advertising business
• Interest for the Video Games Industry is a plus
• Strong Project Management skills & proven track record
• Proficient in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop
• Knowledge of Jira, confluence, salesforce, looker and Sensor Tower is a plus
