We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer who specializes in data to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance with a specific focus on validating data integrity, data processes, and data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for data validation, ETL processes, and data pipelines
• Validate the accuracy and integrity of data transformations, migrations, and aggregations
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to understand data requirements and develop appropriate test strategies
• Identify, report, and track data defects and inconsistencies
• Evaluate the efficiency of data processes, ensuring optimal performance
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on data processing scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the deployment of data models and databases
• Stay updated on current industry trends and recommend best practices for data testing
• Create clear and detailed documentation of test strategies, test plans, and test results

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the QA field, with a strong emphasis on automation.
• Demonstrated expertise in setting up, managing, and maintaining a QA automation environment from scratch.
• Solid experience in quality assurance for data-driven applications, including data validation, data integrity, and data transformation testing.
