Audio and Production Runner

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Team for an ambitious and organised individual to gain experience as a runner while developing their knowledge and gaining experience within Audio production. You will be responsible by ensuring that all facilities are fit for purpose as well as supporting the Production, Audio and Front of house teams.

Role Responsibilities

Facilities

• Prepare studios to meet their specifications requirements;
• Provide support for any further studio requirements upon request of the Production or Audio team;
• Arrange lunches and refreshments for clients, actors and engineers;
• Replenish stock and ordering office supplies;
• Maintain all facilities ensuring that they are fit for purpose and ensuring that public areas are clean and tidy.
• Support the team with health & safety matters, desk moves, Audits, contract and supplier management;
• Deal with reactive tasks in a timely manner; and
• Provide lunch time and any ad-hoc cover for Front of house.

Production

• Work with the Production team on individual projects to confirm Actors attendance and highlight any concerns that will be a risk to the project;
• Oversee the signing of actor confidentiality and performer agreements;
• Support the team on high level casting requirements;
• Assist with updating the Social media accounts for the business; and
• Assist the team with the scheduling on individual projects

Requirements

• Understands Facilities operations;
• Interest in Production/ Audio Engineering;
• Accountable;
• Reliable;
• Able to multi task and prioritise
• A good communicator in person, on the phone and over email
• Sociable personality
• Interest in video games a bonus
• Able to work Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 6.30pm
