From our offices and beautiful on-site recording studios, we collaborate with top media & entertainment content producers, distributors and holders as well as top game developers and publishers, providing services including LatAm Spanish voice recording, dubbing, subtitling, and localization to ensure their content can be readily enjoyed by audiences worldwide.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Audio Project Manager you will be the central point of contact day to day for all of the stake holders involved with the production of the voice over or dubbed version for a said projects (internal teams, client, freelancers). You will work with internal and external clients and will be tasked to drive cost efficiency, quality and timely delivery by ensuring all communication is concise, transparent and constructive and that everyone involved has everything they require to successfully drive their part of the process to completion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work shoulder to shoulder with clients on project specifications and production milestones
- Liaise with clients to capture their goals, expectations and anticipate/address client / production needs and concerns to prevent issues.
- Estimate and plan projects from start to finish, with built-in contingencies.
- Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project.
- Working with the AudioLoc Teams, ensure each project is resourced effectively taking into account the best available resources and the costs of the resources.
- Manage internal and external resources in order to ensure that they perform according to the project instructions, client expectations and the level of QA expected.
- Monitor project processes (Audio post - production, audio production, resources, submissions, etc.)
- Continuously manage and adapt the work plan and resources required in consultation and agreement with the client.
- Work with the company's stakeholders to determine workflow and best processes to follow in order to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Manage Project Finance via Keywords Internal System
- Ensure project data and reporting is accurate, updated and complete.
- Manage, review and approve internal/external costs and take corrective action in order to ensure the profitability targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant professional experience in post-production distribution or at a service provider in Audio department or Localization department
- Degree in Audio, Film, Translation, Business Administration preferred but not required.
- Excellent English written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of MAC, PC and MS Office suite is essential
- Familiarity with technical lingo of post and audio production
- Familiarity with the voice over and dubbing process
- Familiarity with the script translation/adaptation process
- Familiarity with the voice casting process
