Expansive Worlds is a creative division of Avalanche Studios Group and a leading developer and publisher of outdoor games. Since 2009, Expansive Worlds has been devoted to delivering highly immersive outdoor gaming experiences for millions of players and best known for the long-standing and successful theHunter franchise.

We are now looking for an Audio Programmer to work with an unannounced title.

The Position
As a Audio Programmer you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining sound related systems within the Apex engine. This will involve using our in-house sound development tools as well as a middleware api and our C++ game engine code. You will work closely with the game teams and our Audio designers to produce a great open world game and you will be instrumental in our efforts to innovate within the area of sound in an open world.

The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated individual who is good at communicating and working within cross-discipline teams. The candidate should also have the ability to plan and carry out programming tasks to required levels of quality and on time.
