Role Overview
The Audio Localization Coordinator will be responsible for all duties related to organizing external and internal resources and managing schedules of all KW LA audio localization projects and will work with Audio Project Managers to establish timelines that ensure that projects are delivered on time.
Previous experience working in a voice production company and/or as freelancer preferred, but not required. Willing to be trained on the job.

- Capable of working in a remote/virtual environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite tool kit
- Able to adapt to evolving workflows and new tools and offer solutions
- Outstanding ability to use good judgment to prioritize tasks
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple requests and accelerate to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Comfortable with communicating with voice talents and agencies , understanding and adapting to the dynamics and peculiarities of the artistic environment
- Embraces teamwork environment and also able to work autonomously in a proactive and positive manner to achieve shared objectives
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure completion of AORs, Releases, W-9s, and NDAs.
- Manage all administrative paperwork, including SAG-AFTRA paperwork and union clearances, for talents’ payments
- Reach out to actors and/or their agent to schedule and book sessions
- Allocate studios, VO directors and other resources to schedule recordings
- Coordinate with external resources, supervising scheduling tasks, when needed
- Use internal tools to plan and keep track of the bookings and schedules
- Keep the Audio Project Managers informed about the bookings’ status
- Create recording schedules and maintain recording sessions calendar
- Share recording information and materials to all vendors involved in any given project
- Manage all admin paperwork for talents payments
The salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and varies per state. The base pay range offer is made for work in the CA location. Pay Range: $28.00 per hour - $32.00 per hour DOE.
