Internal Dev Tools is seeking an Atlassian Administrator to drive effective use of JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket within MZ. Part evangelist, part tech lead, you will be responsible for owning and maintaining the Atlassian stack and empowering teams to use that stack to create effective business processes. An agile coach with an interest in technical systems or a sysadmin that wants to help people automate their workflow would be a good fit.

What you'll be doing:

• Work across a wide variety of teams to design and build out solutions to challenges
• Ownership of Crowd, JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket change requests
• Develop and maintain guidelines for MZ’s approach to Atlassian administration
• Perform upgrades and maintenance for Atlassian systems

Your background and who you are:

• 5+ years experience with agile methodologies
• 3+ years of JIRA administration including Data Center version
• Implementation of JIRA server from design to production
• You think about how processes and systems affect each other
• You enjoy researching and debating new approaches to problems
• You enjoy working across teams and knowledge areas

Bonus points:

• PostgreSQL experience
• Proficiency with Linux Systems Administration Proficiency with Bash, Python scripting languages
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to interpret customer requests to develop system requirements
• Experience helping teams convert to an agile workflow
• Knowledge of the Atlassian plugin ecosystem and the use cases for various plugins
