THE ROLE
Associate UI Programmers at Splash Damage are responsible for contributing to the implementation of user interfaces for our titles.
As an Associate UI programmer, you will work with the development team in transforming a UI design from wireframe through to final, functional in-game UI. During this process, you will be expected to utilise your knowledge of C++ to implement and thoroughly test your work to ensure it matches the specification.
Our Associate UI programmers hold an enthusiasm for UI, they value working in a collaborative and friendly team environment where they can develop their skills and knowledge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into UI programming for video games.

You Have:
- Proficiency in C++.
- A can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills; you love collaborating with others to implement systems.
- Good communication and presentation skills; you’re able to present your ideas clearly and confidently.
- Solid time management skills.
- A desire to learn and grow within your role.
- A real passion for UI and clear enthusiasm for games.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4 and Unreal Motion Graphics (UMG).
- Prior experience in game development
