Associate Team Lead, Capture

Job Title: Game Capture Team Lead

Department: Art Services

Reporting To: Manager, Art Services

Location: Santa Monica, California

Your Mission

The role is responsible for the daily overall management of the Capture Team, Including training, project assignment, and time management. The capture team is a shared resource, so this individual will also act as the point person for all requests needing game capture.

This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties:

• Own all requests for game capture
• Manage the capture teams schedule to ensure bandwidth and maximize asset delivery
• Meet and manage client expectations
• Manage department hardware, software, and game builds
• Capture screenshots, game footage and demos as needed
• Hold creative reviews with capture artists to give direction and approval on assets
• Attend review sessions with client to gather feedback and relay back to capture team

Player Profile

• Experience managing a team of individual contributors in a creative environment
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for composition, framing, and timing
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize projects
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and composure
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with an Agency, Marketing Teams, and/or Video Games a plus
• Demo Reel or Portfolio or relevant artwork
